The Real Deal on Frontline Recruiting

Frontline hiring doesn't work like corporate hiring with more applicants. It runs on different rules, and the employers applying corporate assumptions to it are the ones losing shifts.

This Thursday, Kyle Lagunas goes live with three vendors building frontline hiring technology. Each company is solving the same problem a different way.

How TRL works

You usually meet these companies one demo at a time, and each one says it has frontline hiring figured out. On TRL, three of them sit side by side, take the same questions, and have to explain how their approach differs from the other two. At the end, you vote on who made the best case.

  1. 01The research. Kyle opens with new data on the state of frontline hiring.
  2. 02The 1:1s. Each guest explains the problem their company is solving and how their approach works.
  3. 03The panel. All three on camera, four questions, and room to disagree.
  4. 04The hot seat. A surprise guest asks one question. Each panelist gets 90 seconds to answer. Then your questions from the chat.
05 The vote. You pick the best answer. The winner gets a full episode of the Transformation Realness podcast and brings a guest of their choice.
