Human-Centric AI Council (HCAIC)

Practitioner Led. Five pillars. One goal. Building the frameworks and fluency to advance responsible, people-first AI adoption in the workplace.

Who We Are

The Council is a working group of senior HR and talent leaders, trusted advisors, and solution providers—all committed to advancing responsible, people-first AI adoption in the workplace.

It’s not a vendor showcase. It’s not a content engine. It’s a space for honest dialogue, shared learning, and co-creation—grounded in the lived reality of HR teams being asked to lead AI transformation with little precedent and a lot on the line.

Our Mission

The Human-Centric AI Council brings together industry experts, technology providers, and key stakeholders to empower HR leaders to lead responsible, ethical AI transformation through education, community, and best practices.

We believe HR has a central role to play in guiding how AI shows up across the enterprise—and we’re here to make sure leaders are equipped to do so with clarity, urgency, and integrity.

Council Pillar & Priorities

Each pillar is led by a member of our Steering Committee and designed to tackle a different dimension of AI transformation in HR

Build foundational AI knowledge across HR, deliver role-specific tools, and foster a learning community.

Define practical standards for fairness, transparency, and accountability while curating global regulations for HR.

Connect solutions to real business problems, ROI, and measurable outcomes through use cases and frameworks.

Guide HR through responsible rollout and scaling, promote cross-functional collaboration, and address workforce impact.

A note from our founder

Why We're Here

“I spend my days tracking trends at the intersection of HR and technology, and it’s clear that powered by AI, innovation cycles are moving faster than ever. HR leaders face pressure to do more with less while embracing AI, yet adoption remains slow and uneven. Rather than sit on the sidelines, I launched the Human-Centric AI Council—a working group of senior HR and talent leaders, trusted advisors, and solution providers advancing responsible, people-first AI adoption in the workplace.”
